Our unit and our neighbors across the hall (exact same unit) were on the market at essentially the same time. Our condo sold in September for 4% more than our neighbors currently has their condo listed for. Our sale price was 15% higher than what we paid for the condo 2 years earlier. I am confident that without Kate’s advice on staging, list price, and sale strategy we would not have achieved the same result. I can tell you that as long as we are in and around the Chicago-land area, Kate will have our business (buying and selling).
